Fixes various abilities' switch-in messages (#4500)

* Fixes Costar, Zero to Hero, Supreme Overlord and Ruin abilities' switch-in messages

* Fixed typo in Supreme Overlord's String Id

* Fixes spacing in battle_string_ids.h
