Refactor trainer classes (#3875)
* Created TrainerClass struct

* Added money multiplier to TrainerClass struct

* Added Poke Balls to struct

* Condensed gTrainerClasses

* Simplified trainer Poke Balls

* Moved trainer classes into battle_main.c

* Removed complicated ball macro
